When it was time to buy, I was referred to Janet by a mutual friend who was a past customer of Janet’s. After explaining what I was looking for, she searched for properties that fit my needs and researched every detail of the property to the last detail. I took advantage of the First Time Homeowner’s Credit which was ending and I used an FHA loan whose terms were increasing both of which were time sensitive.
